The Caddy Spoon has a most unusual Neo-Classically inspired circular bowl decorated with a raying sunburst design around a circular plain disc. The outer border displays a beaded band on a matted ground and this example has a beautifully detailed cast serpent handle. Similar examples are illustrated on plate 61 of Norie, however none have the sunburst bowl.
Length: 2.45 inches.
