This very rare Spoon is beautifully modelled as an Anemone and the bowl is modelled to simulate the flower head. The wire work handle is decorated with leaves and a second anemone flowerhead, a design not often seen. This example is in excellent condition and is fully marked in the bowl. The design hardly ever appears on the market and a similar example, is shown on Plate 57, figure b of "Caddy Spoons" by Captain John Norie. This example has a rarer design of handle, with the second anemone flower head.
Length: 3.1 inches, 7.75 cm.
