The Label is of an unusual crescent form with peaked drapery above. This example is engraved for BUCELLA (a very unusual spelling of Bucellas). It is very well marked on the reverse and is also engraved with a capital letter "R". This is a design which was also made in old Sheffield Plate and a near identical example, engraved for Rum, is illustrated on page 248 of "Wine Labels - 1730-2003 - A Worldwide History".
