The wine label is of the heavy die stamped form and is modelled in the stylised escutcheon design. The outer border is decorated with crisp grapes, vines and raised scrolls and also displays a Bacchanalian mask above. This label is engraved with the rare title of VIN DE GRAVE. This piece is well marked on the reverse and is in excellent condition. Labels are also scarce from the workshops of these Royally patronised silversmiths.
