The Coasters are circular in form with a plain base decorated with reeding. The everted rims are decorated with gadrooning and the deep sides are beautifully pierced and chased with trailing vines and grapes. The vines are in excellent condition, showing hardly any wear to the matting on the leaves. The turned boxwood bases are centred with a plain silver boss and both are very well marked. The sides are made of a very good gauge of silver.
