A very fine pair of George III Sauce Ladles made in London by Walter Tweedie in 1774

The Ladles have deep fluted shell bowls and Old English Stems, with a feather edge border.  The top of the stem is engraved with a contemporary Crest and the reverse displays a full set of good hallmarks at the bottom of the stem.  Both pieces are in excellent condition.

Length: 7 inches, 17.5 cm.

Diameter of the bowl: 2.15 inches, 5.38 cm
