A rare George III Pepper made in London in 1807 by John Emes

The Pepper is of the rare Balloon form and stands on a circular pedestal foot decorated with reeding. The pull off cover is pierced with vertical linear bands and roundels and the front is engraved with a contemporary Crest. The Pepper is very well marked and displays original interior gilding.
