The Soup Ladle is modelled in an unusual small size, ideal for a small soup tureen or for serving fruit salad. This example has a pretty shell bowl and curved stem, with rare Onslow pattern end. This piece is very well marked and is in excellent condition. The Onslow scroll was first designed by Arthur Onslow (1691-1768), the Great Speaker of Parliament.
