An unusual cast Wine Label made in London in 1841 by Rawlings and Summers

This unusual label is cast and modelled in a stylised escutcheon form with a reeded border with scrolls on the top edge. This example is engraved for CLARET and is very well marked on the reverse. A very fine quality example.

Length: 2.1 inches, 5.25cm.
