An extremely rare George III "Button" Wine Label made in London in 1801 by William Barrett

The Wine Label is modelled as a plain button with a triple thread edge. This example is finely engraved for BRANDY and is very well marked on the reverse. The "Button" is a particularly rare wine label design and they are very often from the workshops of William Barrett.

Diameter: 1.5 inches, 3.75cm
