A very rare George III Caddy Spoon made in Birmingham in 1812 by John Lawrence & Company.

This very rare die stamped Caddy Spoon has a circular bowl with a top section of cascading lobes. The bowl is engraved with a foliate sprig and acorn. The unusual angular, bifurcated, handle is decorated with feather edge borders and an octagonal cartouche engraved with contemporary script initials. This is a rare design in excellent condition and with crisp marks.
